Jacalyn is an entrepreneur who in addition to forming Momentivate, LCC in 2001, owned and operated Daddy’s Money, LLC. An online upscale boutique which featured exclusive lines from World Renowned designers based in NYC. Daddy’s Money received Global Press and had an extensive list of famous customers. The upscale e-boutique was very successful with rapid customer growth and in 2006 Jacalyn sold the exclusive online right to sell the “featured” designers’ line. She received the Rising Star Award Small Business 2003 & Female Entrepreneur 2006. Prior to 1991 Mr. Schreck was engaged in the practice of law in the public sector as an Assistant County Solicitor, and as a Special Prosecutor to Governor Thornburgh, and in the private sector as a member of a Wall Street law firm and later as a member of a Delaware law firm. Daniele Thomas Easton

She was appointed Consul of France in Philadelphia in 1996 and served 2 terms until September 2005. She had worked previously as Projects Director of Greater Philadelphia First (GPF), a regional organization of chief executives providing leadership primarily on issues concerning economic development. She joined Greater Philadelphia International Network (now GPF) after leaving France in 1980. Co-founder and officer of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Philadelphia Chapter, she is also co-founder and board director of the French International School of Philadelphia, chairman of the Alliance Française and president of the French American Association of Greater Philadelphia, an umbrella organization coordinating activities among all regional French-American groups. Skip Shuda

For the past 25 years, he has been an innovator in the use of new technology to enhance the growth and profit potential of early stage software, service, and technology companies. He has assisted entrepreneurs through leadership coaching, technology and methodology audits, product definition, management of software initiatives, staff planning, market definition and sales/proposal assistance. From 1994 through 2002, he was the Chairman and Founder of Destiny Websolutions, an Internet technology consulting company, which worked successfully with many of the leading US financial institutions, including Mellon Financial, Citigroup and UBS PaineWebber. Mark Loschiavo
CityRyde Board of Advisors - Business Strategy: Mr. Loschiavo is a seasoned executive skilled in business formation, change management, and turn-around; with leadership experience in General Management, Strategy, Marketing and Finance. His technology industry experience spans everything from manufacturing and development to marketing and service. As Senior Executive-in-Residence for the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, he is a professor in management, with primary focus in Strategic Management and Leadership. He is also Executive Director for the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship. Under his leadership the Center has catapulted Drexel University into being ranked a Top 10 university in entrepreneurship in the nation. As President, First Serve Strategies, he works with companies in the areas of strategic management and leadership. Previously, Mr. Loschiavo was President of Akcelerant Space, a for-profit incubator, while acting as General Manager and CTO of a wholly owned subsidiary of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN). He is the founder and past CEO of Cenero, LLC, a leader in IT/audiovisual solutions, where he maintains a minority ownership position and board seat. Previously, he was one of the twelve members to start a joint venture, which grew to over 7000 employees within five years and was acquired by IBM. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, business reengineering, marketing and strategic planning through his many assignments with IBM over a 15-year career. As CFO, IBM Delaware Valley/Central, Pennsylvania, he had fiduciary responsibilities for a $1 billion retail profit center, and management responsibilities for a 340-person organization. Terri McIlhenney
CityRyde Board of Advisors - Business Development: Ms. McIlhenney is the Director of Programs and Services for the Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology at Drexel University. Since her arrival the Baiada Center has enjoyed unprecedented growth and success. As program coordinator for the LeBow College of Business’ Executive Education Center she was instrumental in catapulting the Executive MBA program to national prominence. Prior to joining Drexel University Terri held positions in industries as diverse as plastics, service, retail and food services, where she held positions in management, training and sales coordination. Previously, she was founder, and owner of McIlhenney Variety. As owner/operator, Ms. McIlhenney was responsible for all functions of business planning from startup to expansion through purchasing and displaying of merchandise, sales, employee management, accounting, payroll and inventory management. Dan Meier
CityRyde Board of Advisors - Engineering & Physical Implementations: Mr. Meier, P.E., has practiced civil and environmental engineering for over 25 years and is currently with Duffield Associates in Philadelphia, PA. He specializes in sustainable stormwater management design for institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential land development projects as well as public park projects. In addition to working on several current projects in the City of Philadelphia, he is providing consulting services to the Philadelphia Water Department for implementation of their sustainable stormwater management regulations. He is a member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and the Bicycling Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. He has Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Environmental Engineering and Forest Engineering from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. As a long-time resident of Radnor Township, Mr. Meier was active in a grassroots movement to create a 2.4-mile multi-use trail from an abandoned trolley line spanning the township. He created mapping to illustrate that the trail would be readily accessible to the majority of the township’s citizens and how it would make existing open space and commercial areas safely accessible to non-motorists. Ultimately, a township referendum overwhelmed the opposition of the township’s supervisors and the trail was constructed with ISTEA funding and township open space bonds. The trail has been a huge success. David Gloss
CityRyde Board of Advisors – Mobile Application: Mr. Gloss is an active social entrepreneur and strategy professional. He lives by the mantra that is it possible to do good, while doing well. People no longer have to take a vow of poverty to do good things in this world. Currently, David is the manager of operations and business development for Ryzing, a local philadelphia-based social gaming company. At Ryzing, David manages day to day game operations and development for their Facebook and Smartphone applications, all of which allow players to compete for real cash and prizes while raising funds for charitable organizations. Additionally, David is charged with cultivating strategic partnerships that support viral growth of their games and enhance the reach of the charity partner. Before joining Ryzing, David worked with SeventySix Capital supporting fund operations and investor relations under the tutelage of Wayne Kimmel, Tony Bifano, and Scott Bohrer. Prior to SeventySix Capital, David spent several years in Washington D.C. as a market entry strategist for The Washington Management Group Companies and as a Media Consultant for the launch of Yellowbook.com’s Mid-Atlantic Region.David is an active member of the Spruce Foundation, a grassroots organization whose mission is to help Philadelphia’s at-risk-youth by bringing together NGO’s and committed Young Professionals to create an ecosystem of volunteers, donors, and supporters.
